SHIPPING and HANDLING: We generally ship via US Priority mail or FedEx within the next 1-2 but always within 5 business days. Customer service generally proactively reaches out to customers in case handling time shall exceed the next 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for additional cost. Shipping rates are of USA addresses only. Please contact customer service for international shipping rates. Prestige Minerals & Gems and www.chillyduck.com are not responsible for delays or errors made by delivery companies, including improper delivery or damaged shipments. If improper delivery or damaged shipments are discovered, all shipping comes with a minimum of $50 of insurance from USPS. Buyers are to contact USPS or FedEx to file a claim on packaging or product damaged during shipment.
